»Pierced People«

This project is a participatory performance event realized in Berlin in which the artists connected a group of pierced people by a huge piercing ring – a thin chain to be exact. In addition, participants were requested to walk around the city slowly and carefully.
Though putting a metal string through their pierced holes was not painful at all, once they were connected by the ring they could not move easily and had to watch out for each other. Developing a wonderful harmony between the people was the artists' aim.
ベルリンにて行われた参加型パフォーマンス・イベント。
ピアスを空けている人々が集められ、一つの大きなピアス・リング（細いチェーン）で繋げられる。更に、参加者はゆっくり注意深く、ベルリンの街を散歩することを命じられる。
ピアス穴にその細いチェーンを通す事自体は、何ら痛みを伴わない、が、ひとたびそれが円形に繋げられると、彼らは容易には動きがとれず、互いを気遣わねばならない。人々の間に素晴らしい協調を生む事を狙いとしたプロジェクト。
